Oral Presentation Instructions

• The official language of the presentations is English.
• Presentations will be orally done using .ppt slides.
• The duration of the presentations is about 15-25 minutes depending on the number of participants and availability of the presentation halls.
• The exact amount of presentation duration will be announced in conference program.

Remote Presentation Instructions

If you are unable to join the conference due to an emergency situation, or if your english is not sufficient for a living presentation we advise the following solutions to you.

• You can sound record your .ppt presentation and send us. And in the conference day you can connect to the conference via skype. We will run your sound recorded .ppt presentation and you will answer the audience' questions via skype.
• You can watch the video to get an idea about sound recorded .ppt presentations.

Poster Presentation Instructions

• There is no poster presentation at all by default.
• In case that there are too many particiants, then some of the presentations can be done via posters. And this will be informed to you via email when paper evaluation results are announced. Otherwise, if not mentioned clearly all the presentations will be orally done by default.
